Welcome to Prestige Cleaning Service! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Prestige Cleaning Service website and services provided by Prestige Cleaning Service ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Prestige Cleaning Service offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Regular Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move In/Out Cleaning
- Custom Cleaning
All services are subject to availability and our service guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. SMS Messaging Service
2.1 Consent to Receive Messages: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS and MMS) from Prestige Cleaning Service. These messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and service confirmations. Message frequency will vary.
2.2 Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
2.3 Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
2.4 Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling (702) 444-4503 or emailing info@prestigecleaninglv.com.
2.5 Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2.6 No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or any other personal information collected via our SMS program with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Booking and Cancellations
- Booking: All service bookings must be made through our website form, by phone, or email.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
4. Payments
- Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
- We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Prestige Cleaning Service will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services or the SMS messaging service. We strive to provide excellent service, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the SVG logo, is the property of Prestige Cleaning Service and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site and our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
